Add the 1.21 brewing ingredients to the potion ingredient list - #1375

Breeze rod, slime block, cobweb and stone brew the wind charged, oozing, weaving and infested potions, but isAPotionIngredient predates them, so pipes refuse to load them into a brewing stand's ingredient slot.

Pipes refuse the four 1.21 brewing ingredients (breeze rod, slime block, cobweb, stone) because isAPotionIngredient predates them. Adds the four materials to the list.
Tested on a 1.21 server: each lands in the ingredient slot through a pipe, bottle and fuel routing unchanged. Note that stone in a pipe is now captured by a brewing stand instead of passing through, same as a vanilla hopper.
