Add separate flag for using decorated pot

The Problem

Hello,
Here's why I'm writing you this suggestion:

Currently the flag for putting an item in a decorated pot is related to interact, except that when I set interact: deny, it blocks certain features such as allowing players to sit on blocks, stairs for example.

So to permit this, I have to leave the interact: allow flag, but this causes the problem that players can put items into decorated pots, and this is problematic.

A Solution

The solution would be to make a new flag separate from interact.
Here's the flag I suggest you add: insert-decorated-pot: allow/deny.

I’m having a new problem again: players can interact with (pick up the flower) in the decorated_pot, even though I’ve clearly set chest-access to Deny.
