• Adds enigma setup --client auto for installed/config-present MCP client detection with safe fallback.
• Adds enigma setup --connect-installed to write only detected installed/config-present client configs.
• Reports selected/skipped clients and write skips without raw local paths.
• Documents safe default setup, auto planning, installed-client writes, and provider-native cache/non-canonical boundaries.
• Retries relay state atomic renames on transient Windows file-lock errors observed in CI.
