Refactor prototype to something close to an MVP

Ok, lots of things changing here at once to move the app from its prototype stage to a more mature app.

1. Translate js to typescript
2. Add the sequelize ORM for more convenience when interacting with the sqlite database
3. Enable hierarchical folder structure for storing documents
