fix(dashboard): use provider wording in recent runs

Summary

• Update Dashboard Recent Runs and adjacent provider/model identity copy from target-era wording to provider/provider-model wording.
• Keep internal artifact/API field names unchanged while updating visible labels, filters, empty states, docs, and focused assertions.

• Red source check: pre-change source had visible Dashboard strings such as Target, Targets, Target Override, All targets, and Filter by target in the touched UI paths.
• Green browser check: rebuilt Dashboard bundle at http://localhost:3129 rendered Providers, Provider/Model, Provider Override, All provider/model labels, and Filter by provider/model.
• Private evidence: agentv-private branch evidence/av-9ywp2-recent-runs-wording, commit 09c0673.
