Add pass-through of the input and configuration file

• Add zeile display --pass-mode={off,create,truncate,append} and --pass-file=SINK, which write the parsed JSON compactly to SINK like tee, so that append yields a valid JSON Lines file
• Exit with status 3 if --pass-mode=create finds SINK already existing
• Add the root option -c, --config=CONFIG to read defaults for command options from a JSON file, e.g. {"display": {"pass-mode": "append"}}
• Without --config, read $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/zeile/config.json, then $HOME/.config/zeile/config.json; neither is required
• Options on the command line override the configuration file
