EnvKit v0.32.0-beta.23

AI/MCP update.

• New open_app MCP tool: an AI assistant connected to EnvKit can now bring the app window to the front (restores it from the tray), optionally straight to a page — sites, services, databases, cron, settings and so on.
• The generated Claude skill now explains how to launch EnvKit itself when the tools aren't reachable (the MCP server runs inside the app), on both Windows and macOS.
