可以在 /checkIn/exam 的页面底部放备案号
在管理页可以留一个设置项让用户把备案号放到里面

解决什么问题

方便用户合规部署站点

提议方案

可以参考青柠起始页的备案号放置样式呢

备选方案

其实直接在页面底部整一个简单的html文本框也没问题hhh
