Update the wiki for the EpiModel 2.7.0 release Use the named set_epi(dat, name, value, at = at) form in the Getting Started exercise and the code conventions, which works on EpiModel 2.6.x and 2.7.0. Add troubleshooting for the 2.7.0 set_epi() error and the EpiModelHIV 3.3.4 requirement, note that restart points must be remade after a minor-version upgrade, say that 2.7.0 fixes partial vector scenarios, and explain the shift in the time column of restarted runs.
Add calibration and restart point pages, and note the shared Spack recipes Calibrating a Model and Making a Restart Point cover the Template's chapter C workflows, including the new workflow-restart_point.R, with lessons from the LA-PrEP CABARET calibration. The Spack page no longer warns about a 1.2 GB first-run download, since the lab now shares one copy of the recipes.
Reorganize the wiki as a learning path and update it for current practice Rewrites most pages against the current EpiModelHIV-Template (v3.3.x), R 4.6.1 and 4.5.1 via Spack, and the current RSPH partitions. Adds pages for local setup, HPC rules and storage, job monitoring, project workflows, processing results, a glossary, and contributing, plus a sidebar and footer. Merges overlapping pages and fixes names, keeping the page names and anchors that other repos link to.
