Atlas now works with Prowlarr, Sonarr, and Radarr

Point Prowlarr, Sonarr or Radarr at your local Atlas instance and it shows up as a proper indexer

What's new

• Newznab-compatible API on port 9090
• API key auth generated on first run
• Caps, search, and NZB download endpoints
• Full compose stack (Atlas + SABnzbd + Prowlarr in one docker compose up)
• Works with existing arr setups too, just add Atlas as a Generic Newznab indexer

Edit: The Windows and Mac executables wont work properly use docker instead.
