Highlights

• Pi and OpenCode no longer re-render recovery into the system prompt on every request, keeping the prompt prefix cache-stable.
• Pi delivers one hidden thoth-mem-recovery message at startup, resume, new, fork and after compaction; reloads are deduplicated against the active branch.
• OpenCode appends one synthetic part to the process-first root message and after compaction, deduplicated by message id.
• When memory is unavailable, an identity-only block is delivered first and recovery retries until one verified block is delivered.
• Claude Code and Codex are unchanged (SessionStart only).
