• Added Simplified Chinese and English (United States) support across the Manager Web UI, Go API, PowerShell tasks, and native Windows surfaces.
• Language switching is immediate and preserves Movie/TV state, filters, selection, scroll positions, dialogs, and unsaved input without reloading the page.
• The Web Card now uses an extensible locale registry. English Emby locales use English; other untranslated locales fall back to Simplified Chinese without changing Technical Specs protocol keys.
• New tasks capture their log language at startup. Existing logs, NFO files, index caches, card data, backups, and settings remain compatible without destructive migration.
• Completed responsive-layout, idle-scrollbar, upgrade-compatibility, and release regression checks.

Validation boundary: the Windows x64 GUI package was cross-built and archive-verified on macOS. Real Windows, PowerShell 5.1, UAC, tray, Edge, and live Emby behavior remain target-machine acceptance items.
