Duplex v0.2.1 — now for Windows, macOS and Linux
This release adds multi-platform installers and fixes three cross-platform issues (surfaced by the new automated build pipeline).

macOS builds are unsigned — right-click the app → Open the first time. AppImage needs
chmod +xbefore running.
Fixes
- Windows crash on exit — guarded
TabManagerteardown races that could crash the main process withObject has been destroyed. - POSIX protected-path gap —
~/.ssh,~/.aws,~/.gnupg(and system dirs) are now refused on macOS / Linux too, not just Windows. - Command timeout on POSIX — the timeout kill now takes down the whole process tree; previously a shell child could survive and hang the tool call.
