A rewritten README, a GitHub Pages site at https://erictechpro.github.io/super-board/, and map
Source links that work away from a checkout.

  • 📝 README rewrite. Kanban logo and pitch "Add tasks, walk away, get merged PRs with proof.",
true counts (7 skills: 4 you type, 3 the board runs · 8 commands · 6 guard hooks), the skill map
as the hero image, a link to the live site, install by one-liner or plugin, a three-step quick
start and a commands cheat sheet. The old Setup notes moved to docs/super-board/README.md.
  • 🌐 GitHub Pages site. .github/workflows/pages.yml publishes only the public pages: a
landing page (/) with the live skill map, a one-card board walkthrough, the 7 skills and the
    install tabs; /skill-map/; /onboarding/, a step-by-step setup simulator for the 3.0.2
    install and 8-step onboard; /impeccable/; and /writing-standard/, a read-only reference
built from the chosen formats. Pick-a-design pages stay out of the site.
  • ♻️ Skill groups. skills/families.json now groups skills as "You type" (super-board,
    super-collect, ui-refine-loop, visual) and "The board runs" (super-build, super-qa,
    super-review). super-board-readme-sync.py keeps every "N skills (N you type, N the board
runs)" count and the family titles in step.
  • ✨ /visual render --source-base URL [--source-root DIR]. Node sources under the source root
become links to the hosted file (:12-20 → #L12-L20); others show as text. The skill-map
    pages are re-rendered against https://github.com/EricTechPro/super-board/blob/main/.
  • 🧪 test-readme-sync.sh no longer needs a skills badge, and checks both counts and the family
    titles after a sync.
