Plugin discovery (dsh-discovery) full-text search fallback: when no match is found in the plugin list, it automatically falls back to a GitHub full-text search, so brand-new repos — whose topic index hasn't been picked up by GitHub yet (e.g. dsh-speak) — are still discoverable.
