Portside 0.1.1

What's new
Fixes the Mac app not starting on Apple Silicon Macs ("Portside cannot be opened because of
a problem"): 0.1.0 depended on a library that only exists on Macs with Homebrew. Portside is
in alpha: browse the catalog of community game ports, install and update ports that have an
install manifest, launch them, and sign in with Bluesky for friends, chat and discussion
boards. Expect rough edges; please report bugs as issues.
