Mixtape v0.5 — a friendly, standalone manager for classic click-wheel iPods. No iTunes required.

Important packaging fix

Earlier downloads were a single Mixtape.exe that was missing some of its support files (the WPF / native libraries), so it could fail on a clean PC. v0.5 bundles everything inside the one exe — this build has been verified to run from an empty folder on its own.

How to use

1. Download Mixtape.exe below. (It's large — everything is built in, so there's nothing else to install.)
2. Double-click it. The first time, Windows SmartScreen may warn — click More info → Run anyway.
3. Plug in a click-wheel iPod, or use Local Music to play files straight from your PC.

⚠️ Mixtape backs up before every write and verifies the result, but it's community software — keep your own backup and test with one song first. See the README and TROUBLESHOOTING for details.
