First release of ykoxide: a YubiKey toolkit in a single binary (ykox), a Rust rewrite of yubikey-shell-toolkit.

  • age: encrypt, decrypt and set up an identity on a PIV slot, interoperable in both directions with age-plugin-yubikey.
  • hmac: file encryption with the OTP HMAC-SHA1 challenge-response slot, and read support for the legacy .yk.enc files.
  • fido2: FIDO2 hmac-secret file encryption (experimental).
  • sign and verify-sig: SSHSIG signatures with ed25519, ecdsa or ed25519-sk keys, or a PIV slot.
  • verify, info and backup (device state as JSON).

Linux x86_64 and aarch64 tarballs with SHA256SUMS. This release predates build provenance attestations; use 0.1.1 or later if you want to verify a download with gh attestation verify.
