New Features

Editor Tracking

At 11.4.0, the knowledge server introduces the editor tracking feature to the service to record the portal identity and date features are created and modified. Editor Tracking properties are exposed by a new set of GraphPropertyRoles on the GraphProperty definition, and the configurable editor tracking property names are exposed in QueryDataModelResponse.

Client Data

At 11.4.0, UpsertClientDataRequest has been enhanced to include a new v_tag parameter to help clients minimize the payload across the wire.

The ClientDataVTag or version tag is a case-sensitive, opaque identifier assigned by the server to a
specific version of the value associated with the ClientDataKey. The server does not need to send a
full response if the ClientData associated with the ClientDataKey has not changed. The v_tag is
included in the response for upsert and fetch client data operations.

Search

At 11.4.0, contextual search queries include new categories to aid clients in quickly identifying the entity or relationship type the returned ID belongs to and its type category (entity type or relationship type).
