This version of the Street Data Processing Tools is for ArcGIS Pro only. Tools are available to convert TomTom® MultiNet® and HERE™ NAVSTREETS™ shapefile data into a file geodatabase network dataset.

No installation is required. Simply download the zip file extract it, and access the toolbox from ArcGIS Pro following these instructions

This release works around a pandas package bug in the HERE™ NAVSTREETS™ tool that caused minor problems in certain output fields in versions of ArcGIS Pro prior to 3.5.
