This version of the Street Data Processing Tools is for ArcGIS Pro only. Tools are available to convert TomTom® MultiNet® and HERE™ NAVSTREETS™ shapefile data into a file geodatabase network dataset.

No installation is required. Simply download the zip file extract it, and access the toolbox from ArcGIS Pro following these instructions

This release fixes a bug in the HERE™ NAVSTREETS™ tool that caused the tool to fail when the Cdms table had multiple rows for the same LINK_ID relevant to updating the UFR fields. If you haven't run into the problem, then there's no need to update.
