This version of the Street Data Processing Tools is for ArcGIS Pro only. Tools are available to convert TomTom® MultiNet® and HERE™ NAVSTREETS™ shapefile data into a file geodatabase network dataset.

No installation is required. Simply download the zip file extract it, and access the toolbox from ArcGIS Pro following these instructions

This release avoids a bug in the Network Analyst extension licensing check introduced in the ArcGIS Pro 3.5 release and fixed in the 3.5.3 patch (BUG-000176700).
