This version of the Street Data Processing Tools is for ArcGIS Pro only. Tools are available to convert TomTom® MultiNet® and HERE™ NAVSTREETS™ shapefile data into a file geodatabase network dataset.

No installation is required. Simply download the zip file extract it, and access the toolbox from ArcGIS Pro following these instructions

This release fixes a big in the Hierarchy attribute field script evaluator code in the TomTom® MultiNet® tool, which causes incorrect hierarchy values on streets and may cause solve performance problems.
