v0.1.0

• The first version of the FileSorter application. currently supports sorting pngs, jpgs, movs, mp4s, and gifs.
• The root directory can be inputted using the command line, or by manually inputting it while the program is executing.
• Choosing the month option for the sort type will sort the files into years, then months
• It is recommended to choose the copy option for the transfer type. While move works fine, there's always some uncertainty when moving files that something will happen, and the file gets corrupted or lost.
