Adds a compact, on-brand language switcher in the branded sign-in card footer on multilingual sites: a translate icon plus the current language, with a dropdown to switch. It replaces WordPress's full-width selector that previously rendered detached below the card. A new "Hide language switcher" setting (Settings → MagicAuth → Branding) removes it entirely; the native recovery login at ?magicauth=off always keeps the WordPress default.
