Installers

Unsigned, for now. Windows will show a SmartScreen warning
("More info" then "Run anyway"); macOS will refuse the first open
until you right-click the app and choose Open. Both are the
operating system telling you the truth: nobody has paid a
certificate authority to vouch for this binary yet.

Everything WhatRunsHere computes runs offline. The only thing it fetches
is a model's weights, when you ask it to.
