Connfetti-Redis

First release of a simple PhpRedis wrapper for (as said) Redis.
It aims to be usable to display data as models like Connfetti-DB, Zend or Doctrine.

This is the most basic version of it as a complimentary to Connfetti-DB.
Current features:

• Redis hashes are stored in HashModels
• Simple exceptions based on RedisExceptions
• PhpRedis commands usable in the same way as PhpRedis directly
