v1.1

Updated entity-random-behavior-restoration to work with Paper 1.20.4 - 1.21.1

Also recompiled everything using Java 8 (older version), so servers won't have to update to the latest version of Java anymore to run this plugin.

v1.0

Initial release, includes:

• Re-enable RNG manipulation
• Re-enable sand/gravity duping

Planned:

• Fixing entity collisions (so wither cages work properly)
• Fix wither blue skull frequency
