🔨 Fixed

• If git from-file-path didn't exist the program would exit with error 'no such file or directory' (fixed by resetting error variable after checking for other errors in stat return)
• Errors during ad-hoc script execution would not be shown (fixed by including the error string in the error output)
• Default ifupdown2 reload command was incorrect for Debian (fixed by changing check argument to -n)
• Sometimes on an initial deployment to a host, stdin closing would report error EOF (fixed by ignoring EOF errors when closing stdin - EOF indicates sudo password was not required but wrote anyways)
