Seed repository interactive file retrieval would loose state of selected files if you changed directories (fixed by appending current directory selection to last selection)
Artifact tracking, when multiple in-repo files used the same artifact and one in-repo file was missing its content hash, would only sometimes get its hash written to it's file (fixed by moving change detection to per pointer instead of per artifact)
Deployment of empty files would result in error "hash of config file post deployment does not match hash of pre deployment" (fixed by removing post-deploy content check if file size is 0)
Retrieving empty files from remote host would assume it is not plain text (fixed by always assuming file is plain text when empty)
Vault password prompts would get lost in output if running with a high verbosity level with more than one host (fixed by retrieving secrets prior to go routine creation)
Seed repository functionality would not show hidden files (change ls command to use -A argument)
Seed repository functionality would fail on stat command when file was a binary, symlink, or other special file (fixed by trimming decorator suffixes added by ls)
New vault entries would say passwords do not match (fixed by inverting byte array check)
