Projects here usually start with something that annoyed me. The tooling exists so they keep moving.
vision-autonomous-car — 1/14-scale autonomous car: Lego Technic drivetrain, 3D-printed frame, one camera, no LiDAR. World-model training pipeline measured in sim; car not yet built.
ServeLocal — volunteer platform connecting students with community service opportunities. Public mirror of the production rewrite: FastAPI/Postgres backend, kept private since it holds minors' data. Original zero-dependency Node build at servelocal-docs.
claude-project-memory and claude-skill-suite — what the other projects run on: project memory that survives between sessions, a secret scanner that blocks bad commits, and a set of review skills.
