- Customizable swing amplitude — right-click the menu-bar whale → Swing Amplitude to pick one of five presets: Subtle 6° / Default 9° / Strong 12° / Stronger 15° / Strongest 18°. Changes apply instantly and persist across launches.
- Reworked tray animation — the whale now sways with rotation plus a subtle vertical float; sway speed still follows busyness, while the amount is your preset.
- Backend safety — reclaims orphaned dsh backends on launch and shuts down more gracefully, protecting session logs from corruption.
