Compatibility test build for macOS 15 functional support.
This build adds a bounded Accessibility compatibility path for status items that do not publish a usable WindowServer window on macOS 15. It supports discovery, hide, restore, temporary reveal, activation, and re-hide through AX position updates, while retaining the WindowServer path for window-backed items.
