Fixes model catalog changes that left favorites and recent selections hidden or menus stuck on removed models.

  • Unavailable favorites and recent models remain visible with their IDs and removal actions. Temporary loading preserves saved preferences.
  • Removing a provider or model returns navigation to an available page. Old model and effort buttons validate the live catalog before submitting.
  • The host current model ID and reasoning effort remain visible. Missing selections and empty catalogs offer manual refresh.

Validation: 140 automated tests, isolated host integration checks, and desktop verification on DeepSeek Harness Desktop 0.2.0-rc.2 (macOS). Windows deletion scenarios are covered by regression tests but have not been verified on a Windows desktop.

Download the .tgz and SHA256SUMS below. For a package update, uninstall the previous version and add the new tarball. For a source link, rebuild and disable/re-enable the plugin.
