Patch release: a new raven upgrade command, a smoother onboard OAuth login, and plugin/dependency fixes.

Highlights

  • Add raven upgrade to update an installed Raven to the latest release in place (#112).
  • Onboard OAuth login now opens the browser automatically instead of only printing the URL (#110).
  • User and project plugin directories are added to sys.path, so plugin factories import reliably (#92).
  • Declare orjson as a direct dependency so installs no longer rely on it arriving transitively (#116).
