Minor Changes

• CI - The certification workflow now also builds the collection and runs sanity against the built artifact, not only the source tree. Automation Hub tests what build_ignore produces, so this is the only way to catch this class of problem before submission.
• README - The Installation section now describes installing from Red Hat Ansible Automation Hub, the Release Notes section points at the changelog shipped with the collection, the redundant ansible-core requirement is dropped because it is declared in meta/runtime.yml, and the author line uses a mailto: URL rather than a bare address as a link target.
• README.rst - Replaced the badge URLs that still pointed at the retired Pure-Storage-Ansible organisation, and removed a substitution that was defined but never used.
• collection - The changelogs directory is no longer excluded from the build, so changelogs/changelog.yaml ships alongside the rendered CHANGELOG.rst, matching the everpure.flashblade collection.

Bugfixes

• collection - Fixed ansible-test sanity failing the ignores test on the built collection. galaxy.yml excludes tests/unit from the build, but tests/sanity/ignore-2.16.txt still referenced three files in that directory, and an ignore entry whose target does not exist is an error. The ignore file is no longer needed and has been removed.
• collection - Fixed tests/config.yaml never being read. ansible-test looks for tests/config.yml, so python_requires was not applied and the Python 2.7 compile and import tests still ran, which is why 129 ignore entries existed to suppress them. The file is renamed and now declares >=3.9, matching the Python version the collection supports.
• collection - Fixed a release archive of a previous version being shipped inside the collection. purestorage-flasharray-1.43.0.tar.gz was installed onto every system that installed 1.45.0. Archives and repository-only dotfiles are now excluded by build_ignore.
