v0.3.0 — Original note recordings

Access original note recordings from the Monologue CLI.

• monologue notes get NOTE_ID now includes the recording URL, UTC expiration time, content type, and file size.
• monologue notes audio-url NOTE_ID gets a fresh download link. Use --field audio_url for scripts.
• CLI docs and the Monologue Notes agent skill now explain downloading recordings and refreshing expired links.

Existing personal API keys with notes:read work. Links expire after one hour; list and pagination output are unchanged.
