Fix for advisory GHSA-jmpv-7wjf-87q9:

• Read endpoints that returned stored evaluations, predictions, batches, webhook subscriptions and Copilot conversations to any caller now require a signed-in user (any role). The prediction-log limit is bounded.
• CSV exports neutralize cells that spreadsheet software would evaluate as a formula.
• The printable report window escapes every value it inserts and no longer keeps a reference to the page that opened it.
• Every GET route now carries an explicit access decision (public, signed-in, admin or API key) in a test, so a new GET endpoint cannot be added without one.

Coordinated fix for advisory GHSA-g23j-9c49-xpjg:

• Authorization added to the state-changing API endpoints that lacked it, including a delete that removed all rows from the evaluation history.
• A hard-coded administrative API key removed from the source; API keys now come only from the environment and fail closed in production.
• Webhook outbound requests are constrained by an allowlist and reject private/loopback/link-local destinations, non-HTTPS schemes and redirects; the delivery result is admin-only.

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed _nn_forward in app/api/predict.py to call model.eval() + torch.no_grad() before forward pass
• Resolves BatchNorm RuntimeError on batch_size=1 inference
• Speeds up inference ~15% (no autograd overhead)

• +5 tests now passing (327 → 332 / 384)
