修复LTC在一些矿池下工作抽至VIABTC出现拒绝的问题（该问题可等VIABTC池子更新也可解决，也可现在更新版本解决，但是例如追风L9、福禄等机型需等VIABTC更新）

兼容LTC福禄矿机，如果要跑福禄LTC，请在端口配置处，打开福禄矿机优化开关

优化了一处连接逻辑，效率略微有所提升

矿池节点增加ETC

修复矿池节点后台无法隐藏节点的问题
