War record books print again (signing made them stackable, which broke the dynamic property they were stamped with), the War Map is placed and rejected on the same rules a painting uses, floor-placed maps now orient to the player instead of sitting a half-turn out, and /clan:warmap won't hand out a duplicate. New: admins can add players to a clan directly, bypassing invites, and a full clan that drops below the promotion threshold is queued for an admin to review for demotion rather than demoted automatically.
