Public-project transfer evidence

This prerelease adds a frozen, preregistered corpus derived from public agent prompts in Astral uv at commit 5cc226096.

  • 14 cases, three trials per profile, 84 authenticated Codex calls
  • issue triage: 24/24 in each profile; 10.50% lower full input per call
  • workflow failure: 18/18 in each profile; 10.74% lower full input per call
  • zero operational errors and zero transport fallbacks

The corpus was authored and run by denser's maintainers. It is not an independent reproduction and does not imply endorsement by Astral or uv's maintainers.

The release also includes the complete sanitized per-call report, frozen source links and hashes, the preregistered cases, and a reproducible runner.
