What's Changed

Fix KEF auth/password failures after recent speaker firmware updates by triggering Home Assistant reauth when the local API requires or rejects the web UI password.
Add a dedicated KEF password reauth flow and clearer user-facing auth failure messaging for runtime writes and firmware upload services.
Document KEF web UI password behavior and add regression coverage for coordinator, config flow, media player, and firmware upload auth failures.
