odf.js has been absorbed into the ExaDev/documents.js monorepo as packages/odf.js. This repo is being archived: no further commits, releases, issues, or pull requests here going forward. The npm package is unaffected and keeps publishing under the same name, now from the monorepo.
This PR just adds a banner to the top of the README pointing contributors and issue filers at the new home before the archive happens.
