Changes

• Fixed hardcoded version string (was showing v0.2.0)
• Settings (ports, source name, auto-connect) now save and are used by connect
• Tray Connect menu now uses config values instead of hardcoded IP
• Removed duplicate PIPE_PATH constant
• Code cleanup and indentation fixes
