Warning

The proxy-lambda.zip attached to this release does not work on AWS Lambda. Releases v2.3.0 through v2.4.3 ship build/proxy.js as an ES module without a package.json marking it as one, so Lambda fails at init with Runtime.UserCodeSyntaxError: Cannot use import statement outside a module, and every webhook returns 502 Internal server error. Use v2.2.4 or a release that includes the fix from #281.
