Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify App
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Create an expense in self DM.
4. Create an expense in workspace chat.
5. Go to Reports > Expenses.
6. Select the workspace expense via the checkbox.
7. Click the dropdown button > Merge.
8. Select self DM expense > Continue.
9. Select the second option in each section > Next > Merge expenses.

Expected Result:

Transaction thread is open after merging expenses via the bulk option

Actual Result:

"Select multiple" page appears briefly after transaction thread is open after merging expenses via the bulk option
