[Exploratory] Agents - RHP becomes "It´s not here" page after deleting agent offline and returning online

Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Use an expensifail account.
Prerequisite 2: Account has a workspace with "Approvals" enabled.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Navigate to "Account" > "Agents"
3. Click on "New Agent" > "Create Agent"
4. Navigate to "Workspaces" > Workspace > "Workflows"
5. Click on "Add Agent" > "Save"
6. Note that agent was added as approver.
7. Turn off internet connection.
8. Return to "Account" > "Agents" and delete the agent.
9. Return to "Workspaces" > "Workflows"
10. Note that agent is still displayed as approver but with it´s name crossed out.
11. Click on "Edit" to open approval RHP.
12. Note that agent is also displayed as approver but with it´s name crossed out.
13. Turn on internet connection.
14. Note that approval RHP becomes "It´s not here" page.
15. Click on the back button on the top left corner of RHP to return to "Workflows"
16. Note that you land on workspaces list instead.

Expected Result:

After deleting an agent that is an approver while offline, and turning on internet connection while on approval RHP, agent should disappear as approver and user should have to add another member as new approver.

Actual Result:

After deleting an agent that is an approver while offline, and turning internet connection while on approval RHP, "It´s not here" page is displayed, and clicking back button leads to workspaces list instead of leading to "Workflows" again.
