Device used: Windows 11/ Chrome, Samsung S23FE/ Android 16, iPhone 13 Mini/ iOS 26.3
App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

Setup: Have a control workspace with at least three members.
Add an Agent to the workpace.
Have the default workflow set with two approvers.
As Employee, submit an expense to the workspace. It will be forwarded to the first approver.

  1. Navigate to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to "Workspaces" > "Workflows"
  3. Click on "Add Agent" > "Save"
  4. Turn off internet connection
  5. Go to "Account" > Agents" and delete the agent
  6. Return to "Workspaces" > "Workflows"
  7. Tap on approver to open "Edit Approval" RHP > "Approver" field > "Approver" field
  8. Select a member
  9. Tap Save > Save
  10. Go online
  11. Return to "Account" > Agents"

Expected Result:

The agent is successfully deleted.
No extra workflow appears.

Actual Result:

An error message appears below the crossed‑out agent, and once dismissed, the strikethrough is removed but the agent remains.
A new workflow is added while offline, and it persists after going back online.
