Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 (Hybrid app) - Windows 11 / Chrome
App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: User is owner of a "Control" workspace with rules enabled.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.con website.
2. Navigate to "Workspaces" > Workspace > "Rules"
3. Scroll down to "Agents Rules" > "Add agent rule"
4. Create a new rule and save it.
5. Note that a modal showing the creation of a RuleBot appears.
6. Click on "Account" > "Agents" link.
7. Note that RuleBot is displayed on agents list.
8. Return to "Workspaces" > "Rules"
9. Open the just created rule and delete it.
10. Click on "Add agent rule" again and create another rule.
11. Note that modal reappears.
12. Click on "Account" > "Agents"
13. Note that no other agent was created. Only the first created one remains.

Expected Result:

Modal showing the creation of a RuleBot should only appear the first time that a rule is created and only when no "RuleBot" was created yet.

Actual Result:

Modal showing the creation of a RuleBot reappears after creating a new rule after deleting another one, despite already having a RuleBot created.
