Reported as a general/non-specific performance problem, so this likely needs profiling to pinpoint the bottleneck(s). Related instrumentation work: #94802 (Sentry spans for the iOS Share Extension → expense submit flow) may help quantify where time is spent.

Profiled initial mount with React DevTools — ~800ms total. Three issues stood out:

1. ~350ms — Cold synchronous require() of the screen's module graph on first navigation, charged to react-navigation's SceneView.
2. ~120ms — ReportField renders the (usually plain-text) report name through react-native-render-html, spinning up the full HTML engine.
3. ~80ms — MoneyRequestConfirmationList mount self-time spread across ~20 hooks (no single hotspot), plus ~5 post-mount re-renders re-running all hooks as Onyx data streams in.

I'm working through these starting with the synchronous module load on initial navigation.
